Pamela Charles

Pamela Charles- received an Associate Degree from Borough of Manhattan Community College, she then obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from SUNY Downstate Medical Center, Brooklyn while working as an Assistant Nurse Manager on a Pulmonary Step-down unit. After nineteen years of inpatient care she made a change to Case Management in NYC largest Home Care organization, as a case- manager. Most of her years were spent as a Staff Developer, then later as a Manager of an interdisciplinary team. Pamela obtained a Certificate in Case Management; she also obtained an Integrated Health Coach Certification from Duke University. For the past four years Pamela has been employed as a manager of an interdisciplinary team for an MLTC in a large Health Plan.
