Celia Y. Bramble
M. Ed, MA, BSN, RN, C.
Ms. Bramble received her basic nursing training in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. She immigrated to the United States and was employed by Health and Hospitals Corporation, Kings County Hospital Center, until her retirement as an Associate Executive Director. She received a Bachelor of Science (BSN) Degree at C.W. Post College, Long Island University; a Master of Arts (MA), and a Master of Education (M. Ed) Degree at Teachers College, Columbia University.
Ms. Bramble was commissioned as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve; she has held
several leadership positions including that of Commander. She completed the Command and
General Staff College Course at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. She retired as a Colonel from the
United States Army Reserve.
