Ms. Jean Leon is a registered nurse who obtained her initial education in Trinidad and Tobago . Later migrated to the USA , and worked in different NY hospitals in many capacities. Prior to retirement she was Sr. Vice President of the Central Brooklyn Network. Jean obtained a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from St . Joseph’s College. A Masters in Public Administration from New York University , and an Honorary Doctor of Laws from St . Joseph’s College. She also holds Certification in Nursing Administration and Quality Assurance.
