Phyllis Payne-Dublin

Phyllis Payne-Dublin hails from St. Vincent and the Grenadines where she received her formative nursing education. Phyllis also received certification as a Nurse Midwife before leaving for the USA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from St. Joseph’s college and a Master of Science in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. She is the current president of the Caribbean American Nurses Association, and holds membership with several other organizations. Her passion is that of service to others, which is done through mentoring, outreach projects in the community as well as participation in medical missions to ,St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
